California Highway Patrol officers arrested a suspect at his place of residence on Monday night in Sacramento, after a chase that began in Solano County.
The high speed car chase began at around 7:30 p.m., at eastbound Interstate 80 and Midway Road. Officers say that the suspect averaged speeds of 80 miles per hour to 90 miles per hour, during the chase.
The suspect was driving a silver Lexus SUV with no plates. Officers tried to stop the man for speeding in Solano County, and that’s when the chase began. He didn’t stop until he reached his home near Pavia Way and Yvette Way in Sacramento.
