1. Monitoring Requirements - All users can expect to be monitored at all times while using this system.
2. Repeater Hang Time and IDs - All users are expected to wait without pressing the PTT until the repeaters finish the ID`s or Hang Time.
3. Cross-Links to Other Linking Methods or Cross Band - are prohibited in this system.
4.  Pause, Pause, Pause - Please leave 3 seconds of space between transmissions.
5. Politics and religion topics are not allowed.
6. Identify at the beginning of each conversation.
7. Visit frequently to view the policy updates.

Operating Tips & Bits

1. Remember the PAUSE PAUSE PAUSE procedure described above.
2. Remember you may be dropping into a conversation in progress, so wait 30 seconds or so before transmitting to avoid interrupting a QSO.
3. All Topics of conversation within the realm of "Good Amateur Practice" are allowed, except politics and religion. Remember you have an international audience thus your conversation will be heard worldwide.
